The pork in chile sauce, steamed dumplings, and Wuhan noodle are also favorites, along with the tea eggs and cucumber salad. For those craving something unique, the jian bing and egg tomato noodles are excellent choices. The dining room is small and can get crowded, but the food is done quickly and delivers homey delicious goodness with perfectly qq noodles. While the service can be slow at times, the flavorful noodle soups and bouncy noodles more than make up for it. The restaurant has even been recognized as one of the best in the country by USA TODAY. However, be aware that the tap water has an unusual taste.
