Ive notice a change in staff and I have to say I love it! Ive been coming here for many years. The workers are always so nice when I come in. Smoothies are much more consistent. The new manager introduced herself when there was a problem with the cash register and she was so awesome!

Employee were not able to provide a gift card to purchase, they refused to contact their manager because they were afraid. And the employees hid in the backroom instead of providing a response. Terrible customer service. It will be a very long time before we are back.

I'm pretty upset with this company Was going 21 frequently off of the may and harmony but that location shut down for some odd reason which it was the oldest in town and in my opinion the best I just went the one on the may and prospect and got the same smoothie I always get a fruit kiss with immune support energy and vitamin C and all it is is just water down ice

This place is always SOOO CLEAN. I work at another business in the plaza, and when I’m at this location I always stop by for a smoothie. Alway delicious!

OFF PROJECT
I arrived at Berry Blends at 12:10 Tuesday. Middle of lunch hour. There was one employee working. She was doing an amazing job. I would say she was doing the job of three people. We had to wait 10 minutes because she had to do door Dash pickups before she could help the customers inside the store. It was almost 20 minutes before I got to leave the store with my smoothie. People's lunch breaks range from 30 minutes to 1 hour . Regardless, I cannot give my lunch break up to get a smoothie.I feel like this is a perfect example of a business not respecting and supporting its employees and not respecting customers time and experience.I would hope that you can do better.
