Berry Blendz is a popular smoothie spot known for its consistent and delicious offerings. The staff is friendly and helpful, though some recent experiences have been disappointing. The atmosphere is described as chill, with a menu similar to Inta Juice. Customers appreciate the quick and friendly service, but there have been issues with store hours and customer treatment. Some customers have found the employees to be rude or unprofessional, especially when they did not acknowledge customers or when smoothies were made inconsistently. Despite these concerns, many still enjoy the smoothies, particularly during lunchtime, and appreciate the quality when it is well made. However, recent reviews suggest that management should address staff behavior and ensure smoothies are made to the right consistency, as customers value good customer service and fair treatment.
