food always comes out great. the drive through can get really backed up for no real reason sometimes. I went two nights in a row and have very different wait times for the exact same time of night.
The drive-thru and the parking lot design is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Once you pull into the drive-thru you're trapped in two lanes of drive-thru, and cars parked in the parking lot with just about 2 feet of space to each side. When those parked cars want to leave, everyone has to maneuver like a slide puzzle, so they can attempt to leave.
