They say they close at 6, but its 5:45 on a monday afternoon and ive been sitting in my car in front of the store since 5:25 when i realized the store cancelled my pick up order. Ive watched 1 family, and 3 other guests walk up to the door notice its locked and go somewhere else. The lights are completely off I watched the clerk leave and its not even 6. I get it, emergencies happen. If she didnt have a choice she should have put up a sign apologizing to the guests for the inconvenience....
I really love coming here for a lunchtime smoothie. But their employees are honestly rude. They never acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They are always very short and never engage much. It would be nice to be greeted and a simple “I’ll be right with you” makes a huge difference! I’ve been coming here for over a year and about twice a week and no matter who’s working it’s the same result. Just plain rude! A little customer service goes a long way! I’m not...
