We were on a road trip from Albuquerque to Deadwood SD. As we nearer Ft. Collins we needed a coffee break. Google have us a large select to choose from. We wanted a local, small business and decided to try Bindle Coffee. What a great decision!! The owner was super friendly and my wife loved her coffee & cinnamon roll. I had hot chai tea latte and a lavender / blueberry scone. Loved the place!! We're planning to return to Bindle Coffee on our way back to Albuquerque this...
Visited from out of state and this coffee shop came highly recommended - we are picky about coffee (not a fan of sugary drinks that are mostly milk or creamer) we ordered a vanilla latte and a seasonal oat-milk drink. I loved that they offered not only milk alternatives but also non fat/skim milk. So few coffee shops do!! As far as the taste they were 10/10. Would absolutely visit again and looking forward to it.
The store and staff is nice. The seating areas in the garden are great for summer. I had high expectations for the coffee. I tried the filter coffee but it was average. I'll give it another try and try again.
