Being from Texas myself, I have a right to critique BBQ and I can say that Serious Texas BBQ stands true to its name!My last visit included the best sliced brisket sandwich that I can remember. Served with a buttery bun and fresh onion and pickles.The brisket was the most tender that I have ever had and tasted fantastic!Also, if you are picky about pinto beans with your Texas BBQ, then take heart because these are also done right, The Serious Texas way!
This is a fake barbecue place they serve small portions of cold brisket cold potatoes I had to get a refund couldn't even in it eat it they charge you more for the brisket platter and the brisket's dry as a bone you're better off going to Nordy's trust me!!!!

Consistent tasting bbq in FoCo. The service is usually congenial, but every once in a while you get someone who's short with you. The bbq is more like what I've eaten in Colorado, not Texas. The brisket has tender bites near the fat, but the rest of the meat is tougher to chew. Same goes for the pork. The smoked turkey is really good.
