They would get 5 stars if they would include breakfast burritos in their frequent buy like they do for lunch and dinner. I go there weekly for the breakfast burritos. While they're a great way to start the day, they won't listen to the idea of including them to the rewards.

Beyond delicious. I always get the Nachos with the chips on the side. The chicken breast was amazing. I love eating here.
Over the years Cafe Mexicali has become really skimpy with their sauce they pour on the smothered burritos. They make sure to give you the very least when ordering for delivery. If this continues, they need to change the name smothered burritos to glazed burritos. Other than that, I have no complaints.

My husband and I went to this restaurant Saturday around 2:30. I had explained to the employees behind the counter that we had not been there before and they just looked at us as if we were from another country- offered no help. I ordered a cheese enchilada, my husband ordered ordered a steak burrito. Apparently because I didn't know that I was supposed to pick a sauce they weren't going to put any sauce on it so when I asked they acted very annoyed that I didn't know it. I received no toppings (once again because I didn't know I was supposed to pick some) and when we got our food home both of us ended up having to throw most of it away it was so bad. 99% of the time I only give great reviews but I just wanted to warn people if they are trying this for the first time you may want to rethink your decision.

First time and last time. Workers were annoyed we didn't know the menu and wrapped up our burritos before we could ask for any additions. Sauce and food have no flavor not sure what the hype is. Do yourself a favor and go to Matador for a good burrito.
