I still genuinely love CAVA. This became a twice-a-week spot for us... dine-in, takeout, delivery. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, and excellent juices.
The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star experience for us right now is the removal of the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma. We’ve tried the other chicken options, and while the seasoning is good, the texture has been fatty and gristly.

We order from Cava often and almost as often their are glitches between staff, attentiveness, product supply and poor timing for orders. Tonight was no exception. We were on the far northwest part of town before 7pm thinking "we should order Cava now so by the time we drive to the location it will be ready!" We used the app and ordered 5 different meals. The app said ready at 7:15pm. We arrived on time but our order was no ready. I went in and was asked for the name on the order....read full review
