I was excited to try this place, but boy, what a disappointment. We tried the harissa bowl and the Greek salad bowl. Both of them looked beautiful, with lots of fresh colorful Geiss. But the flavor just wasn't there. For some reason the veggies just don't have much flavor. The arugula didn't have the nutty bite that it should, and the dressing on the Greek salad was a overly vinegared bottle dressing taste.We didn't finish either of them because they just didn't taste very good.The pita bread was absolutely tasteless.

I was invited for lunch to this place, honestly, I wasn’t excited. however, now that I’ve eaten there, I’m impressed. The food is delicious and healthy, the staff is super friendly, and it’s a good atmosphere to enjoy good eats.

As a longtime enthusiast of CAVA, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. This evening at 8:00 PM, I was looking forward to enjoying a meticulously chosen Greens + Grains Bowl. However, what I received was utterly unacceptable. The cabbage in the salad was marred with black spots, and its cutting and shape were deplorably handled, as clearly evident in the attached picture. I tried to overlook these glaring flaws, but it was impossible to ignore, especially after my spouse also expressed concern. We ended up not eating it at all. The presence of black spots and the shockingly poor preparation are inexcusable. CAVA, I expected so much better from you. This experience has significantly diminished my opinion of your standards.

Usually this place does fine, but they are often out of ingredients. It's gotten so bad that I started only ordering online so I can even see if what I want is on the menu. Today I see that nothing is out of stock, so I ordered, and they managed to forget 3 out of my 8 ingredients. Of course since I got it to go, I didn't notice until I sat down to eat at home. Par for the course in Fort Collins though.

This place is amazing! I work nearby and needed food one day and when I gotta say they hit the spot!!! The service is really what I come back for they are all so nice and accommodating. They always go above and beyond and the food is just down right amazing!! I'm still trying the rest of the menu but sooo good from what I have tried. Only thing is I wished they had a little tip jar. Nothing crazy but maybe just a cash tip jar option just for them being such good workers! Definitely go here! It's worth a try for sure!! I only got pita chips and a soda this time around but I'm low key addicted to their cherry soda and chips! Yum! ?Vegetarian options: I'm not really vegetarian but I wanted to try something new and honestly this place would make it way easier to go vegetarian with how good it is!Kid-friendliness: While I don't have a kid I have many siblings and cousins and they love this place! Really gets them to eat different veggies and get out to try new things

For a quick stop this place is so yummy. It's healthy and all of the ingredients are so fresh. I always have lovely conversations with the staff and of course they are nice every time. The food itself makes salads desirable. Which is hard, because it's a salad. But they add hummus, feta, Taziki sauce and anything else you can think of. I will always use this establishment as a good healthy meal alternative to food at home.

Ate here for the first time today! Ordered the Greek Salad, kids meal, side hummus, side pita chips, and the crispy falafel wrap…a few things the food is delicious, however, here are some pointers for newbies…the harhoney chicken is spicy spicy and not a good option for the kids meal haha oops! The salad massively lacked lettuce and was mainly chicken, but tasty. The blueberry lavender drink is heaven, as was the wrap, pita chips, and hummus!! Do note the size of the take out side of hummus though (see picture) ??
