Normally we LOVE Cava. We come here once a month or more usually. However, we recently learned that they don’t let you cancel online orders. Like, at all. Unless you send a message through the “support” page of the website, and even then they basically tell you “bummer.” Team members in store were also not helpful and did not know you couldn’t cancel online orders.

It was my first time in, and Olivia made the entire experience so quick and easy. I had no idea what I was doing, but she took the time to make recommendations, and made me one of the best tasting bowls ever. The food is GREAT. I will 100% be returning!

She helped answer all of my questions when I became overwhelmed making choices building my own bowl for the first time. She was patient and made great recommendations!
