JINYA Ramen Bar offers a great experience with delicious food and friendly service. The restaurant has a clean, modern design with a great atmosphere. Servers like Alice, Robin, Bri, Lael, and Eryn are outstanding, providing top-notch attention to detail, friendly, and attentive service. The food is excellent, including the red and black Tonkotsu Ramen, which are both really good; the red is spicy even at level 5, with perfect Chasu. The gyoza is solid, and the Mochi, especially green tea, is a favorite. Jinya never disappoints and is the best ramen outside of Asia.
