We had a group event there. It was absolutely a fantastic time. The scheduling was great with Natasha, easy communication, smooth transactions. Once we were there, the gal at the counter, (sorry I forgot your name, but not how great you were) was so helpful and very patient with our group. We had a wide assortment of people and it went so smoothly. Also, the pizzas were quick and tasty. I recommend people trying this for a wonderful time. Thank you all!!!

From working with Jeni to coordinate the reservation, to night of staff. Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. I'd highly recommend for any future parties of any kind!

We had a great time at our Parks Department MIC Food Drive Fundraiser this year! The staff was engaging, and very very helpful! We have hosted our tournament there for years, and we want to keep coming back!

I'm shocked this bowling alley has good reviews (for the most part). If you take your bowling seriously then (DO NOT BOWL HERE) The lane maintance appears to be non-existant because literally chunks of the lane were actually missing from all the lanes. In fact it was so bad that the lane is rougher than a piece of CDX plywood from the local hardware store. It you are too cheap to resurface the lanes at least fill in the holes! The only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because it was clean.

Absolute trash. This place is filthy dirty and the lanes are literally peeling and way over oiled. They need to put some money into this place, also it was ridiculously expensive for an hour of bowling. Not to mention it is crawling with homeless people. Gross.

Great for large events, great service, fun time!

Back in the day, 1996, this was my hang out. Oh how have times changed. The lanes need some serious work done to them and the lanes shouldn't be so dry. Interesting having live music but getting the lanes next to the stage should be left to the hard of hearing. The lack of a terminal where you can change bowler names, adjust scores, reset pins; is also a set back from other lanes. If you're not gonna invest in tech, bring back the score sheets and pencils. I personally won't visit this location again until the lanes get the much needed repairs they are in desperate need of. Also, the pins sound dead which also explains the pin action seen. Hope this place can turn around, sad seeing Monte Carlo is such poor shape.

Staff was great, atmosphere is vibrant, beer was cold and there was plenty of available lanes. Reservation was not needed for this location. Don't spend the extra money to reserve. Be advised, if you throw a curve, you will have to adjust. If you throw straight, continue on as normal.

Had an outstanding private event at Chippers Lane, the staff were great and everything was prepared for our party when we arrived. I want to highly commend Natascha Palmer for the wonderful job help work with us to host the event. Thank you!

LOVE that Chippers North has FREE concerts every month!!! & That there's a FREE drink or small YUMMY french fries with scanning the Electronic Ticket!!! AND the Servers & Bartenders are ALL GREAT!!!

Mikel was excellent helping our group get set up and helping with snack bar items.

We had a great work event at Chipper's last Thursday. The staff was the best part. Everyone was so nice and attentive to anything that we needed. We are hoping to plan another event there in early 2025.

Amazing staff! We look forward to our bowling once a week. Michael keeps everything spic and span!
