“We had a great experience visiting Lima! All of their seasonal beverages were so creative and delicious! We tried the cookie flat white, cranberry orange espresso tonic, mistletoe matcha, and white chocolate hazelnut cold brew. Rose, Sam, and Azran were amazing!“

“Bindle Roastery is one of my favorite spots in town. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to work remotely. The atmosphere is perfect, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe that keeps me coming back.
Their Ten and Two breakfast sandwich is a standout – absolutely delicious, and the perfect start to a productive morning. Plus, their coffee is some of the best in town, always fresh and perfectly brewed.
I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the space is, which makes a big difference when you’re spending a few hours working.
