Average cold stone experience when it comes to the actual ice cream. Staff are always distracted and disorganized whenever I’ve stopped by. My friend ordered a smoothie and it took over 15 minutes to make.One time we went in and the lady refused to take our order for the “smaller” or “medium” size cup, until we called it the “like it” and “love it.”The next time we tried ordering at the same location the “like it” size and got stared at like we were crazy,...

I love their ice cream and the staff is great. The location has a serious problem with their plumbing. I have notice a sewage smell the last couple of times we have went. Tonight it was unbelievably bad, like open sewer line bad. The owner needs to address this issue.
