Walker is such a a silly server who we loved to spend our anniversary with. A place to remember for a special occasion or for good company.

Food was really good but the service was slow and not friendly. We were in Ft. Collins for the CSU basketball game and this just missed the mark. Sadly the personality and lack of care by our server just soured it. No drink refills (even water), weak drink, and waited really long for the bill. So bummed to have to write a negative review.

My husband got serious food poisoning following a meal on Thursday afternoon. It's Monday and he's still sick!

Service was excellent. Beer was great. I had the bison burger and it was cooked to perfection for me! Blackberry bramble craft beer was perfect tasting sour beer. If I ever come through the area I will definitely eat here again.

Some of the best appetizers in town. We got the sweet potato waffle fries which were awesome with the dipping sauce. The teriyaki wings with blue cheese are some of my favorite in town. The new york strip steak with the mashed potatoes was really good even though it's a bit pricey.

Very good food and service. We went as a group visiting my son and we were seated immediately. We got the waffle fries and wings for appetizers. The fries and sauce were amazing. We all loved our food. Will definitely come back here every visit we do in Colorado.

First time at Fort Collins and mu husband want to try some different beer. We stopped for lunch. I had great chicken tenders! My husband did a sampling of 4 flight beers. Enjoyed all 4! He had the burnt end sandwich with sweet potato fries. Meal was great and the service was wonderful! Thank you!

08/29/2023 The most undecorated pub that I have ever seen. It just did not have the right feel to be called a pub. Brewery is more like it. Other than that, tasty food, good beer, and friendly servers. I would visit it again.

We went here 15 years ago and were delighted to find out that not only is it still open, but still thriving. I go to brewpubs on a regular basis and am not easily impressed, but Coopersmith's did it. The "What-A-Melon" beer is the best combination of fruit flavor in a beer I have ever tasted. Perfect for summer. We also sampled "She Fancies Herself A Little Bit French" which was a lovely and subtle ale and the Punjabi Pale Ale which is the opposite of subtle, but still had a great variety of floral and malty notes with plenty of hops. In my world this seemed more of an IPA, which is just fine as IPA is my favorite style. We finished off the night sharing a Horsetooth Stout that had just the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the black patent malt. The food was excellent as well. We both had the Bangers and Mash which was perfect with zesty mashed potatoes, sausages, and a sweet apple sauce on the side. Absolutely the perfect combo for a beer dinner. If you are like me and don't pair beer and driving the Elizabeth Hotel is a block away and is a great place to spend the night or maybe three. There are two expansive patios to enjoy a late summer night on, and the service was stellar. Sometimes patrons on porches get forgotten, but the ever cheerful Trey passed by regularly to check on us. Very regularly. I've rarely had such attentive service outside.

We were seated immediately, our server Lauren came to take our order and we received our food in a timely manner on a day when we had a time crunch to eat lunch and get to an appt. at CSU so for this reason (along with the tasty food) it's 5 stars... before we're ordered I checked with Lauren to see if ordering and eating with the amount of time we had would work and she made it work! Lauren even brought out the check without me asking stating she knew we had time commitments so that was truly appreciated. We ate outside on the patio on a lovely day. It really is a cute downtown and being outside was super chill and relaxing. On another day we would have spent more time enjoying the ambiance. My two issues with my The Black & Bleu Burger was it stated camelized onions and they were served raw- I truly don't like raw onions so those we left on my plate...and the burger seemed a bit too salty for me but I'm pretty sensitive to the amount of salt on food... the flavor was nice and the fries were super tasty. My daughter said her Tomatillo Chorizo Mac & Cheese was tasty and even had enough to take with her and have as leftovers for dinner.

Great spot. All time Fort Fun place. The outdoor patio was a great spot for us to hang with the kids and have some beverages. Having the fountain nearby was great. Food was solid.

fun place for food and drink - perfect spot for out of towners and great options for allergies.

All their food is made from scratch, and they have a large patio overlooking Old Town Square. It's perfect for summer happy hours and dinners. Super friendly staff! They also have wine and cocktails if you aren't a beer drinker.
