Crumbl has a new system that won’t allow an order to be cancelled unless the manager is present. I placed and order in the store at the kiosk. I changed my mind and went to the counter to cancel and place a new order. I was told by the employee that I would have to come back to the store tomorrow when the manager is there to issue a refund. This is not a good system for customers. They lost a loyal customer today over a $10 refund.

Very odd with sold out items. Yet to have a response to a refund for cookies I never received because they were sold out. Customer service should accommodate customers way better about these issues.

We went 10 minutes before they closed and the girls working treated us like we were doing them a disservice and inconveniencing them. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and have never experienced such bad customer service. The cookies we ordered were premade and all they had to do was put them in a box however they treated us horribly.
