One of our favorites in Fort Collins! My wife and I had dinner here again tonight. As always, the food was delicious, the cocktails were a highlight, and the service was superb. Tonight we sat at the bar and Alex took great care of us. Highly recommended for a date night!
First visit — beautiful room, but the kitchen let me down
I came in for the first time this evening and ordered the veal scallopini with gnocchi. The menu describes pan-seared veal, so I expected a crispy crust — instead the coating came out damp and soft. The gnocchi was largely burnt. And the lemon caper sauce was noticeably over-salted — capers are already briny, so the sauce didn't need the extra salt. None of these were subtle issues.
What stood...

Cocktails were the highlight! We sat at the bar. Bartender was great and made me NA version of Kir Royale after we talked about what I like in cocktails/mocktails.
We got: Sage advice #2, Black Tie, Sans Sprtiz, and NA Kir Royale. Kir Royale and Black Tie were the favorite with the fruit forward flavor without being too sweet.
For food we got Caesar salad, Burrata and Baricole. Baricole was a definite comfort food. Asparagus was seasoned incredibly.
