“I ordered online for pick-up tonight (March 11th, 2026) and when I got there, an employee told me that my order would be about 10 minutes late. But I'm not upset about it and I'm still giving them 5 stars for superb customer service. This is because they appeared to be slammed with a huge number of walk-in orders that they could not have planned for. Every single employee was hustling to get caught up on the orders. They moved with confidence and precision almost like a pit crew at the Indianapolis 500. They communicated well with the customers and with each other. They cranked out the orders and got me my food almost exactly when they promised, which is all that I would ask of a place like Five Guys. If the manager of this particular Five Guys is reading this review, you should give that crew a bonus for the way they hustled tonight. Two big thumbs up.“
“Their fries are cooked in peanut oil, and there’s no other side available so if you have a peanut allergy you’re out of luck. Burgers are huge and really good, but pricey. Great coffee shake. In the future I’d get a burger and shake to go and get a side of fries elsewhere.“
