we where stuck in the cold and they where so helpful thank you gelato amore!!!
We're no experts, but we have really enjoyed the eggplant parm, pasta fagioli and Sicilian formaggio pizza with pepperoni, bell peppers onions added on. Every gelato we have had has been amazing. This is my favorite casual place to drop in and get great food to take home.

Being a “transplant” from NY, this is hands down the best chicken parm I’ve had out here. Tastes like home! AND they have Italian cookies which are impossible to find, including the most wonderful rainbow cookie I’ve had! I cannot wait to return when I’m feeling home sick. And bonus points for the counter staff who brightened my day!

Fix your hours so customers don’t drive 30 minutes for you to close the door in their face.

My wife grew up in New York and loved going in and see all the great things this little show had to offer! The cannoli and pistachio gelato was delicious! We can’t wait to go back for a pork roll sandwich!

I paid $18 for an Italian sandwich with just meat and cheese; no condiments or toppings whatsoever, even though the menu states it includes spinach, onions and a spread. I was also charged $17 for a pound of pork roll that should have been $12 at the most. Other reviews are good so maybe I just had bad luck or that Sunday is just a bad day for them. Either way, very friendly people but the QC is less than desirable.

It may be unassuming from the outside, but this place is definitely a local gem. The porchetta flatbread sandwich was incredible, and the pasta options are solid and authentic. The gelato was a perfect treat to top it all off. Fantastic.

I chose this as my birthday meal to take with us out to Florissant for a weekend getaway. Been wanting to try it for a few years now.
We did it big by ordering the Chicken Parm entree, Lasagna, Cheese Stuffed Ravioli, and the Chicken Parm Sandwich.
The Chicken Parm entree (we chose linguine pasta) was a perfect large portion and absolutely delicious.
The Lasagna was absolutely phenomenal, albeit quite a small portion. My boyfriend is a Chef, so we fully understand the dedication and time it takes to make all of this from scratch, so I don't wish to complain about the portion of the Lasagna. I am simply sad that I couldn't have twice the amount because it was the best Lasagna I have ever had at a restaurant.
The Ravioli was 6 large pieces with a bunch of sauce. The sauce was so freaking good, and we added it to our leftover Chicken Parm the next day for lunch.
I have no doubt that the Chicken Parm sandwich would be absolute fire if I ate it fresh, but alas, we bought it on a Thursday night and had it the following evening.
I am a portions girl, so I would definitely order the Chicken Parm entree again, but I would get TWO Lasagna instead. I would also totally order the Chicken Parm sandwich again, but I would probably eat it in the car on the way home so that my boyfriend can't get a hold of it, haha!
We loved it, and it's so refreshing to know that we have a nearby location for handmade, delicious Italian!

I've driven past here so many times thinking.... we should stop and try this sometime. So we finally did and it wasn't a let down.
I'll be it, my expectations are set quite high so I'm not gonna say anything wild like "this is the best sandwich I've ever had", simply because it isn't. But it was very good!!! The pastrami was on point because there's a lot of places that lack good pastrami. The sandwich had great flavor and the bread was just right.
The cannoli was as expected, which I've never had one that wow'd me.
The price is definitely up there. Nearly 20 dollars for a sandwich but you have to remember this isn't some fast food joint that mass produces garbage. Plus the staff here is much more personable and friendly than some places.
In the end I'd recommend stopping in to grab a bite if you're in the area, I don't think you will regret it.

I rarely post reviews and only been here twice but I've been impressed. The service from the cook today was awesome and the pizza was the best here in Fort Collins.

Do not miss this place! It's so much more than just gelato. My boyfriend and I got an Italian hot beef sandwich and chicken parm, and they were both phenomenal! Super friendly staff, too, but only outdoor seating so be prepared for that.
