It's been awhile since I used their service, but my experience was fantastic! Unfortunately don't remember his name, but the gentleman that help me really went above and beyond to help me. I was getting a board for a friend as a thank you gift and wanted to include a card with it but had to drive back down to Denver before it would be delivered.
