Really good bagels and bagel sandwiches, but the past few times coming here they are super slow and the customer service has taken a big step backwards. Will keep going for now since the food is good, but even online ordering ahead is regularly 15 minutes past what the estimated time is. Then they don’t bother to call out names for online orders when numerous people are sitting around waiting when it’s not busy at all.
Always a great, fresh baked bagel. Lots of flavors for breakfast or lunch. Fresh coffee and espresso bar too. Use their rewards app to earn discounts on your orders; it adds up really quick! Order online, on the phone, or in person. Always friendly and great customer service!Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free bagels with a gluten free toaster and prep area.
