Honolulu Poke Bar - Fort Collins

Typically, I would give this place a 5 stars on food and service. It’s fresh and tasty and a great selection of sauces. Overall great quality.

But recently, the amount of food given is not worth the price

They are starting to skimp on greens and rice, which ironically is two of the cheapest ingredients that they have and it’s overall becoming disappointing

Thankfully, the fish is still just tasty, but the amount of rice and greens and other toppings needs to be worth the value that we’re paying

I am only giving this feedback because we love this place and hope that it can return to its good portions and match the price we’re paying

Hard to rate a food that you build yourself. The ingredients are in good shape and the place is clean and nice to be in.
It’s a very recommendable place for lunch.

Stood there for five minutes while the employee blatantly ignored us (the store was empty.) usually this place is amazing however, whoever this new guy is sucks and was super rude and stingy with the tuna

So I went in there last night. There was only 1 person working the entire section. She was rude and very fast paced to the point where she wasn’t even finished with the protein before asking what we wanted from the next section. And the next section she was asking what we wanted in the next section.

I got the 4 scoop large protein bowl to go and by the time I got home, 7+ miles away, I realized I was missing the first protein I asked for because she rushed unnecessarily; there was no one in front of us or behind us. So I paid for a large bowl and got that of a medium bowl.

I’ve been here before at least 3-4 times and they were all wonderful, but this lady seemed to rush us, made us feel awkward when we were looking at the menu deciding AND made me pay for something I did not receive because of her carelessness.

The food is good but train your employees to wait until they are done with one section before moving on to the next. To save customers for spending for 4 scoops of something and only getting 3.

Delicious and always fast! Sometimes its just better to ask for your sauce on the side because theres a couple employees that overdo it and you get a big soggy mess. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to bring my own Sriracha sauce.

SO GOOD! I’ve only had take out from here and every time it was delicious. The portions and how it’s assembled have been consistently good which I love for a poke bowl. I definitely recommend and will continue to go back!
