I had the absolute best experience working with Elizabeth at her commissary kitchen! I’m not a professional baker, but I was tasked with making desserts for my brother’s wedding—260 mini Bundt cakes and a large cutting cake—so I needed a professional space to make it happen. I have had the BEST cinnamon rolls from here! I go out of my way to get one once a week. they are so delicious and yet not too sweet!
I d'Eclair Pastry is amazing!! We used them for our wedding cupcakes and were so impressed! All of the cupcakes we tasted were incredible. We requested some unique flavors and Elizabeth did not hesitate getting creative with us. We ended up getting chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes, and salted caramel cupcakes, plus a beautiful cutting cake. SOO GOOD!!
