Honestly this might be the best sandwich I've had in Fort Collins. The house sauce was awesome and all of the ingredients were super high quality. I loved the sourdough bread and turkey meat too. The menu can feel super overwhelming at first, but the options are incredible across a ton of dietary restrictions and it means you can have a new sandwich every time you visit. The price is worth the quality too. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and helpful with the menu options. Definitely worth the visit for a quick meal when you're shopping in Council Tree!

What happened to the Which Which? This is SO expensive. Cost $89 for lunch for 5 people 3 being children. Absolutely disgusting garlic sauce in everything. We didn’t even eat it. Well you live and you learn. Wow

Easily the best sandwich shop in town. Delicious vegan options and the Dutch crunch bread is out of this world. But what truly makes this place standout is the employees. Matthew is so kind and good at his job, hey Ike give this man a raise! Thanks Matthew we will be back in a few days!

Disappointing sandwiches. Bread was a weird consistency and way more bread than meat. For $30 for two sandwiches they better be out of this world. Wasn't. Nice and friendly staff and service though

Great sandwich. Cashier informed me about the menu and I got a vegan turkey sandwich and it was awesome. I’ll be back.

First off, their menu is 100% paralysis by analysis. If you’re gonna make a menu that complicated, just let ppl build their own sandwich. Second, we got the Dutch bread and had it toasted. Yet it came out cold, stale, dry (still with toasted marks…how is that even possible?) Had the sandwich been hot and fresh as they claim, it might’ve been good. But instead the cold toasted bread just shredded the roof of my mouth like a bowl of Cap’n Crunch.

I really wanted to love a new sandwich shop, but was very disappointed at how low quality the ingredients were.. It was very clear that Ikes is another long list of overpriced sandwich shops.. To pay $15+ for (what turned out to be a VERY mediocre sub) and have canned, generic ingredients… Disappointed to say the least. That being said, service was fine.. Nothing about this place makes me want to spend my money here again, plenty of other shops with better subs!

First time visiting. Would definitely be back. Doesn't hurt that this place was recommended by a family member. Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend them.
