Got our order wrong , and we had the receipt for proof. So we tried calling and they proceeded to answer then hang up on us. So I called again a second time and they never answered. Horrible service. If you mess up an order and then decided to hang up , you obviously knowingly messed up the order and decided if was okay to ignore the call. , is just rude and horrible service. 100 out of 10 won't buy from again at this location

I remember when Insomnia Cookies first came to town a few years ago and I wanted to see what all the hype was about. Very first time I had ordered from them they were wonderful, warm, hot and still gooey! Let's just to most recently been back in town and ordered these cookies are none of the above. I'm not sure what happened, new management or different cook times or something. When I say the cookies in the store are softer then the last two order I've gotten, my kids didn't really even eat them. Good cookies, but not the warm hot and gooey that's advertised.

Placed cookie order 24 hours in advance, for 12pm the next day. At midnight, I received a text asking if I wanted my order then or later in the day. (I guess I assumed that by selecting 12pm that everyone knew it was noon) However, when they didn't show up by 12:20pm, I started calling. I sat on hold for 5 minutes each time before being hung up on. I drove over to the store (It's 4 minutes from where they were to be delivered) and was told they left the store at 12, so they should have been delivered shortly after. The employee told me the order was delivered at 12:07pm. However, I left the location at 12:35pm and there were still no cookies there. Then, he finally called the driver and she said she's "on her way" with them. I got a text at 12:55pm that they were delivered. AN ENTIRE HOUR after the requested delivery time. 100% unacceptable. 100% disappointing. 100% the worst customer service I've ever experienced, EVER.

Needed the trash taken out but other than that was a nice place. The gentleman was polite. Had to wait on my cookies and pleasantly surprised a bonus extra cookie for my wait. Would recommend

Cookies were amazing as usual but the service was ridiculous! As a retail manager of 25 yrs, I'm not sure how this employees has a job. The whole time we were ordering he was texting on his phone, then when we were finished, he asked us if that was all we wanted which was completely wrong. I then recited our order again because he missed it the first time when he was not at all paying attention to the only customer in his store. Then, on the way home while opening the box to enjoy, we had 2 of the 8 cookies wrong! How can you not give me 5 mins of your time to make me feel like a valued customer and get the order correct. Do better!

Went there to get some cookies and waited for a whopping 20 minutes and then left. It was made clear the man working there could see us and just kept doing his thing. Eventually we left annoyed at the whole situation and had no cookies
Was told it would be a ten minute wait, paid then the cashier went to the back and didn’t come back out. Sat there for 30 minutes. Would have asked for my money back and just left but the cashier didn’t come out from the back. My cookie was thin as paper. Not worth the money or wait.

Everything is delicious, but I've ordered through the website, Uber eats, and doordash. Every time the delivery is over 45 minutes past the estimated time, icecream is melted, and the cookies are cold. I wish they'd just let the apps use their own delivery drivers.

The cookies themselves are delicious but I've waited for almost 40 min after being told it would be a 10 min wait. The workers seem angry at the customers just for ordering cookies... I say nothing but please and thank you and have had multiple visits where the workers act disgruntled

This Insomnia Cookies is only worth going to during the day, if you try ordering anytime after 6pm, you'll get nothing but burnt or under baked cookies. it's so sad since the whole point of this chain is to get cookies late at night, but they give you inedible trash.
