I have ordered cookies from this insomnia location and twice I have had to wait over 2 hours for my order. When you call customer service, you get sent to a call center that refuses to give you the locations local number. The first time it happened they told me they only had one driver, on a Friday night, and when I cancelled my order, I had to wait a week to get my money back.
