Nope. Service huge fail (hostess & server(s)). Food huge fail. Price fail. Atmosphere fail (way too loud). It wasn't good at all. We certainly won't be back.

I really want to like this place as it's so close to home. But the latest visit was again disappointing. Went for lunch and one of us ordered chicken strips and fries, which comes with dipping sauce. Asked for bbq. When the check came, we were charged for the bbq sauce! I asked the waitress why this was the case since the chicken strips include sauce and she said 'oh, that's only if you get ranch or blue cheese - our manager tells us we have to charge for other sauces'. It was the strangest response and even if it was true, she could have/should have told us when we ordered a different sauce. Quality and portions of all the dishes ok, nothing notable, and service a little below average. Will probably be another year before venturing here again just in hopes they improve.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife, as we were taking care of other business in the same strip mall. This place has been here for years. My wife had an order of wings, split 4 & 4 between the dry rub garlic curry and the honey habanero. The dry rub garlic curry wings were good. The honey habanero, not so much - no heat, sticky and a taste we couldn't identify. The wings should have come with a moist towelette to clean up afterward because they were really messy. I didn't realize until after we left that my shrimp scampi parmesan was supposed to be served with focaccia, but was not. That said, my dish was very tasty and filling even without the bread. Prices were extremely reasonable for the portion size. Would we come back? Sure. All-in-all a good lunch experience, especially the attention paid by our server as well as who we think was the owner.

It's hidden in a small corner of Fort Collins, but that was the most tender, most delicious BBQ brisket I've ever had. Wow!!!
We have eaten here, the food is amazing!! And our waitress is always so nice to us!! Great place to relax and enjoy your BBQ..

Since my Aug 2017 review I'm sorry to say I won't be going back to Island Grille anytime soon. The last 3 trips there over last 5 months have been very disappointing. Food quality has really suffered and their new higher prices are nuts! So sad. I've had loved this restaurant or 15 yrs! To many better choices than this place anymore! Try Simmer! Outstanding food and value!!

My go to! The cooks are phenomenal at what they do and they have a good drink selection as well. The bar staff is really what pulled me into be a returning customer. They are all attentive and give an all around great customer experience. Thank you!
