It's been a long time since we dined at Jax. I had the mussels in broth appetizer and miso glazed salmon for my entree, my husband a house chop salad appetizer and the seared yellow tuna. Both were cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server, Ali, provided attentive service, was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations. While our final tab was on the high side, we felt our experience and the food quality were well worth the price.
JAX has a great Happy Hour memo. We certainly enjoy the "peel and eat" shrimp, mussels (old school), salad, and various drink offerings. The servers are always welcoming and provide excellent service.
We had a delicious dinner at Jax. Their calamari should not be missed...light, fresh and the aioli is excellent. Grilled halibut was amazing, grilled perfectly with coconut rice and snap peas. Well done!
