We had the red and black Tonkotsu Ramen.
Both were really good. The red is spicy even at level 5! The Chasu was perfect in both.
We also got the Mochi. We like the green tea the best.

Bri was an outstanding server for my wife and I Sunday (28th)! This ramen shop did a great job and was the best ramen that I have had outside of Asia! Black ramen and Red were both great and the gyoza was solid.
