OMG y’all Kilwins is dreamy. Just enjoyed the best sea-salt dark chocolate caramel apple and we also got some delicious ice cream & turtle chocolates. Great customer service. Will be back!
I grew up in Fort Collins, graduated from CSU, and have always supported local small businesses — but what happened at this Kilwins was unacceptable. My mother and I, the only Hispanic customers in the store, were ignored and skipped over while others behind us were helped first. Another customer even had to call it out, and the employees still offered no apology.
What should have been a simple stop for ice cream turned into a humiliating experience that felt discriminatory. This is not the Fort Collins community I know — and I will never support a business that treats people this way.
I was so excited when Kilwins came to Fort Collins . They have the best chocolate candy.
I have been stuck in a rut ordering Mackinac Island Fudge Ice Cream every time I visit.
I visited the store for the first time to try an ice cream that was recommended to me, and I definitely don’t regret it! It was delicious, and I’ll be coming back for more
Holli was amazing! We came in pretty late night, but they were so accommodating and kind! They were busy and balanced customers beautifully! Holli answered all of our chocolate related questions! Thank you so much!! We are planning a trip back!

Delicious chocolate and super wonderful staff! We last minute ordered wedding favors through Kilwins, and they did a fabulous job! The chocolate is a crowd pleaser, and we are so grateful for the communication and accommodations from the staff!
All goodies are delicious (fudge, Carmel apples, etc) and their cherry ice cream is the best I've ever had! A lot of other delicious ice cream flavors too! Staff is always friendly too
A true local Gem! Traditional chocolates, rich delicious ice cream, the owner is delightful and the staff are lovely. I love stopping in for a treat whenever we’re in Old Town.
Absolutely love this place. Staff is super friendly and the quality and variety of chocolates can’t be beat! The ice cream they have is far and away the best I’ve ever had.
