Great old school style bon bons, amazing fudge and apples. The service is AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. Very clean establishment. Eva is so sweet and careful when building boxes. Very happy to work down the street to indulge when I want.

I have been here a couple of times. The chocolates and ice cream are great! Lots of options and a great place to get a lovely gift box or to treat yourself. All the staff are helpful, but a particular shout out to Emma. She's so lovely and took the time to explain everything to my friend and I. We ended up buying three slabs of fudge, three boxes of chocolates and a couple of ice creams on Emma's recommendation and they have all turned out to be great choices! I'm not a big sweets person but she was able to point me in the direction of some less sweet choices which was great. Thank you very much, I'm so glad we stopped by!

Everything I've gotten from this shop has been amazing. The fudge and peanut butter cups are my favorite! My husband loves the chocolate milkshakes. The employees are always so positive and the owner is the sweetest person. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

The ice cream is great! It was a little gross and kind of inappropriate that the guy working the counter had a giant hickey on his neck though.

Guilty admission - I am addicted to ice cream. I have tried every place that serves ice cream in Old Town Fort Collins, or close to there. I always thought of Kilwins as a shop for amazing fudge and chocolate covered cherries or carmel (all of which are amazing too). This summer on a hot day I decided to try their ice cream. Oh my! It is the most flavorful I've ever had in Fort Collins. The chocolate varieties are choclatier than any others, the fruit ones burst with fruit, coffee flavor is amazing, and more. This is now the only place I go for ice cream. PS try some of the fudge, too. Decadent and wonderful. Bonus - the staff are super nice, and it is locally owned.

Service was excellent! The employees were very sweet and had a lot of patience with our crazy group. The marshmallow and chocolate coconut ice cream were both amazing flavors! Had them in a sundae and was in heaven. Took some chocolate candies to go. Haven’t eaten those yet, but I’m sure they will also be tasty! Highly recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth.

Kilwins has the BEST people along with the best treats! Ice cream, fudge, carefully crafted candies, the list goes on! Their packaging is awesome and it always makes a special gift! The ladies that run this place are true Fort Collins' gems!
