I’ve never been to Krazy Karl’s but we order on door dash constantly. However tonight the driver forgot a pizza and wouldn’t answer Karl’s messages or calls nor would he answer ours about a missing pizza… so we call Karl’s directly. They offered to deliver for us all the way to Severance! We will tip the driver generously. However the customer service from Karl’s was amazing! They went above and beyond I love their pizza and my picky granddaughter does too. She actually ate the whole pizza vs tearing it apart and only eating the crust.

Changing my old review. They used to be so great and a favorite place to bring out of town guests. But the last few times that I've tried over the past year, it's just not the same, and they have messed something up with my order every time now... Today they said oops we forgot the cream cheese, which let's face it is one of the main reasons to go for their pizza over others lol. And while they offered to remake it, that would take way too long, and that was that, no refund for the extra nonexistent topping cost offered. I don't begrudge the tip I left but dang, it just cost me $35 for lunch with tip and that's excessive enough without also ruining the pizza experience that I was craving and the whole point of my choosing to order from here.They also have changed some recipes for the worse in the past couple years, like they don't use cream cheese in the jalepeno poppers anymore now it's boring cheddar, I knew better than to try to get that again.But I've finally had enough, the pizza is only ok now compared to all the other options around, and it's just not worth the mess ups and hassle and wait times and co$t anymore.Go elsewhere. ?

Ordered the Philly Grinder. Overall, well balanced in flavor. The only issue is the shaved ribeye, which sounds amazing, had absolutely no flavor. The star of the sandwich is a dud. I mean at least give it some salt and pepper when you cook it. Disappointed.
Alright, so I am a little biased. I love Karl’s pizza but I would also say it’s not a rule of thumb to gauge by. Personally, the pizza is great all the time, only complaint is I wish they had a few more toppings. This location has some of the nicest people I have met in the service industry. Exceptional workers, exceptional staff and they don’t come bother you around the store.

Delicious pizza. But don't go on a Friday evening very congested! the tables are too close to each other so it's hard to get in and out but the food was well worth it.
