Was delivered.
A family caesar salad 1/4 of the lettuce was wilted and molding - non-eatable
I called the store and since I ordered through Door Dash.Their only response was call DD for a refund and they won't do anything else.
Door Dash only refunded 60% of the cost of the salad*
Even spoke to a manager, and he seemed unconcerned that he was selling bad food product to the public.

You wasted two hours of my time only to cancel my order. I will NEVER order Krazy Karls again. If you can’t staff your restaurant to handle the level of orders you take in, you have no business running a company.
first time ordering, I go all over the country and this was one of the best pizza I have ever had. keep up the good work
