Juliet and indigo are amazing! The atmosphere is amazing! The drinks are outstanding too! I highly recommend!
It was hot and we needed to cool off. Sign in window advertised a blueberry lavender bliss iced tea. Not a fan of iced tea but this was awesome.
Definitely will not go back again. Staff is incredibly rude. I watched a middle aged man treat a teenager like trash handing in their resume. The staff proceeded to huddle and laugh. The same snickering staff was uninterested in assisting customers. Seems like this is an ongoing issue. May not be a bad idea to hire new staff?
The employees here are the absolute worst and have been for years. I used to just go in a few times a year, have someone be incredibly rude to me, get my tea, and leave. But I can't do it anymore. I went in the other day and 3 people were behind the counter. 1 was friendly and greeted me and the others were surfing their phones, stopping to look up at me with a look of disgust, contempt, and hatred, and then looking back down to keep scrolling with a scowl on their faces. I don't even need to be pampered. Just be neutral and offer baseline customer service. There are a few great tea places in town. Seriously, go to the others instead.
I purchased your tea at Copoco's Honey shop and LOVE it! I think FoCo Cocoa may be the best tea I've ever had!
Thanks!
I very much enjoyed the atmosphere of this lovely space! There is a wonderful selection of tea and the ladies that where there to assist were very pleasant and kind. This is a nice place to bring a book and relax! I will definitely visit often.
Love their boba. Everything is delicious
Delicious delicious teas and boba, amazing and thoughtful customer service, and very cute spot with beautiful tea cups. Thank you for attending our big group of 10 people!!
They didn't really listen to what I wanted as an order and gave me completely unflavored black tea. It was so horrible. My girlfriend also wanted to try and order one of their chais, and it tasted terrible and they also messed her order as well. On top of it all, one of the workers didn't properly put the lid on and it scalded her hand and they didnt even bother to help, they just made excuses about how the lids do not fit right. If you want tea, find somewhere else or make some at home. Either way it'd be better than here.
A great and quiet spot for a relaxing cup of tea, and a great spot to purchase lots of blends! Blueberry Lavender Bliss is a favorite, but I've found joy in exploring as much of their tea as I can! Would definitely recommend as a quiet date spot or a place to pick up gifts for tea-loving friends or family.

I was going to buy $40 worth of tea but you decided to take someone’s order first ? Talk about tripping over a $1 to pick up a penny. It would have been 1 minute to ring me up. I was in the store for 15-minutes before your friends walked in. Monday evening.

I always like stopping by Ku Cha and checking out their selection. I never order tea to-go so I can't speak to the food/bar service, but the shop is tidy and organized and I always walk out with something new to try.
The Ku Cha House of Tea offers a unique and refreshing experience in Old Town. The cafe is quiet and peaceful, and the boba here is good. The gift shop is also quite nice. They have an selection of teas and giftware to sort through
