No temperature on the packaging, the bags are annoying to close and don't seal well, I had to buy double the amount of tea I wanted, and I didn't expect lower quality crushed tea. I usually get my tea at Happy Lucky's Teahouse.

Ku Cha in Old Town Fort Collins offers a wonderful tea shop experience. With so many teas to choose from it’s really nice to take the time to look at and smell as many as you want to without needing the help from staff. They make this possible by putting a sample of each tea in a little jar that customers can investigate for themselves. There are always at least 2 types of tea already brewed and available to sample and they also sell tea by the cup in case you want to try before committing to a package of loose leaf. The staff is very helpful when asked for guidance and the store is organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. Ingredient labels are easy to read, which we really appreciate. Imperial Black tea is my fave for the mornings and Rooibus Cinnamon is great for cold days and evenings when we want tea without caffeine. There are so many more too, we try something new when ever we can. For the adventurous, you can even make your own blends using their tea ingredients. We love coming here!

I used to love this place because I can add boba in good tea. This Sunday I went there for a well deserved boba only to find out the boba was stale --- mushy outside, hard inside and not chewy... I don't mind spending $10 dollar for a good tea with boba, but no joking, boba at this low level of quality will get on news in Asian countries. Kucha also stoped providing wifi to customers so you can't bring laptop to have tea here unless you hijack wifi from nearby shops... The little cute booth inside is also closed to customers so there's no more cute little place to treat friends with tea. With all these, I lost all my reasons to visit the shop ;( ....

Very unusual tea mixes, put some monkey in your mouth and be blown away. This pla e would be better called "Great Wall of Tea", there were so many options.Ever see tea cakes? Want Mochi? Maybe step up your tea game with a spalsh of milk, of which there is an assortment to fit all palates here.

Firstly, I want to mention what a lovely experience it was to smell the samples of the teas! The tea bar was perfect for a break on a hot day. I’m glad to have found them along my way in the old downtown area.Plus, the sheer variety of teas you could buy was astounding!Lastly, I felt so soothed in the tea shop’s atmosphere. What a lovely time!

I enjoyed myself . First time in , was just meandering in old town and I was so dang thirsty. They had a sign advertising a drink and it got me in. I ended up getting a nice cold herbal drink if my choice and then this exotic puerh tea ball. Yet to make her but I think the whole place has a good vibe. As far as the two ladies there , I’ll say I like them as they laughed at my jokes

For the love of god, don’t go here for boba. Very pretentious uncomfortable environment. The quality of the milk tea and boba was awful, and I got the impression they looked down their noses at boba drinkers? Rather than “pure” tea drinkers? Very
