La Piadina @ The Exchange - Italian Street Food

I had an Eggplant Parm piadina and my husband had the Italian Classic - both were terrific!! We highly recommend this place - the owner, Chase, is doing it right! And the Italian sodas are quite good!

The food is mediocre. Another customer next to me even opened their food and disappointedly said, “that’s it?” Customer service is poor and wait times are long. Honestly, every other restaurant inside of the exchange is better than this one. Save your money.

I had a Piadina in Bologna, Italy, and it didn’t even compare to La Piadina in Fort Collins. Top tier ingredients, top tier service, and a great atmosphere at the Exchange

Can’t say enough good about this place. Used to live in an area of Italy where piadine were common and to die for. These were every bit as good. So fresh, high quality ingredients, well priced and really friendly service. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time here. We tried a few apps and a flatbread sandwhich, all of which were delicious and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff made great recommendations and were amazing as were the owners. I will definitely be back and would recommend you trying it out as well.

This truck is is absolutely amazing!!! Menyus is such an amazing guy and loves to get to know his customers on a personal level. Such fantastic food, love the funghi! 10/10 recommend this truck!

The Piadina at The Exchange is excellent. Disregard my previous 2 ⭐️ review as that was for the food truck at Odell’s Brewing, which I didn’t realize was different owners.

This is a fantastic place. The food is really good with large portions. What I really like is that’s it’s made right in front of you, so it’s as fresh as it can be and the people including the owner are all about the service and quality of their product. This was my first time here, because a friend recommended it and places like this deserve good reviews. I would come back here in a second! The area it’s in is called the exchange, which is very cool and fun for date night, by yourself or with your family. I highly recommend it.

This place is great! It’s super tasty and it’s never been super busy when I’ve eaten there. There isn’t any seating inside, but the area is designed for outdoor eating.
