A small Italian street food spot in the exchange area with a few seatings available inside and patio. Delicious fresh Italian flatbread sandwich. Very nice owner and great service. We tried Daniele for savory food and la golosa for sweet dessert. Our food was made fresh on the spot and they were nice to split into two plates for us. It was very delicious and can't wait to try other flavors! Highly highly recommend la golosa!!

OMG unbelievably delicious! It's my first time here and Chase, the new owner, suggested the Daniele. Good choice! The prosciutto is some of the best I've had and I love how it pairs with the fresh tomatoes and creamy fresh mozzarella. Don't even get me started on the amazing flatbread - their recipe is from the 1300s, made with a special flour imported from Italy. This is one of those meals you will think about for years after eating it. There are so many great places to eat at The Exchange, but I highly recommend coming here first.

Love the food here but service has been increasingly bad, just took almost an hour to get 2 piadinas with no other customers.

The owner makes their gluten free flatbreads from SCRATCH! And they were stellar! My girlfriend has been to Italy and said it was one of the best sandwiches of her life, taking that into account! Will always stop by here when visiting FoCo

Super meh.. If you’re going to charge premium prices, don’t make me a Cisco ingredient quesadilla. I understand it’s tough when you get busy, but if you skimp on quality and integrity of your product to serve more food, you probably shouldn’t be in this game

Fantastic food after a long day of traveling and adventure. The kids devoured theirs and the adults were extremely satisfied with the Quattro, Burger, Capri, and special.

Delicious organic and curated food, and even better service. The owner Menyus, is the sweetest. You can tell he has a lot of love and devotion to his restaurant and ensuring that the food is the highest quality. The Chicken Pesto Piadina was delicious. Warm roasted chicken, handmade bread, homemade pesto, and crisp arugula. Will definitely be coming back!

Unreal surprise dessert spot, authentic and legit ingredients, simple, and somehow still cheap. Met Manoush and had great conversation, watched him cook, go here if you want Italian
