This review is long overdue! Lima Coffee Roasters is one of my two favorite coffee shops in town (and local). I visit the Foothills Mall location and the Mason St location. I love grabbing a coffee while shopping at the mall, and enjoy the atmosphere, space and local foods at the Mason St location. We LOVE Lima and enjoy visiting the mall kiosk. Layton is our favorite barista in town. We regularly come up with reasons to need to go to the mall instead of the Lima right by our house. ❤️

I’ve been coming here for years and I love it so much! The workers are amazing, pleasant and willing to answer all of my questions. I’m gluten and dairy free and they have so many amazing options! My regular order is a chaggaccino and a gluten free pumpkin loaf. The shop is locally owned and I’d highly suggest this coffee shop wether you’re in the mall and shopping or in the area!
