Butter pecan flat white was pretty good, not too sweet. Medium roast had good flavor but a bit light. Wish they had a dark roast choice as well. Breakfast options were good and came out quick.

Itsssss okay. It’s hard for me to describe what a good coffee shop should be. Good coffee yes, but for boutique coffee shops we’ve come to expect it. Ambience, a comfortable place to meet people or read, work. An in-between place between home and work.

Lima is good and I’m stoked they continue to grow. It’s always lively in there being so close to downtown and CSU. Coffee is expensive with a limited, focused, coffee-first menu but I think that’s normal now.

Don’t overstay your parking, you will get a ticket (that’s on me).

This is a cute little place, but it needs help. Our son was playing in a baseball tournament close by and we had an hour before the game started and decided to get a coffee. We arrived here at 8:20 and didn’t get our to-go coffees until 8:45. We love supporting local coffee shops, but no one should have to wait 25+ minutes for two lattes.

The iced vanilla latte here is phenomenal!!! The espresso tastes so yummy but isn’t too bitter and the latte is perfect amount of sweetness. Also the cruffin pastry is amazing. Parking is scarce however.

I can't say enough good things about Lima Coffee Roasters. I've had a lot of espresso in my life, and the double shot of their Isabel beans is easily some of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly floral with absolutely no bitterness whatsoever—just a perfectly clean and bright shot.

I also tried a cortado made with their 11:11 beans. While it was a fine drink, it didn't quite blow me away like the straight espresso did. My wife had a chai latte and she was very happy with it, noting that it was perfectly spiced and not overly sweet.

The vibe inside is very cool and trendy. On a Saturday morning, the line was all the way to the door and there was no parking available, but after tasting that Isabel espresso, I completely understand why. This place is a gem, and I will definitely be back to buy some of those Isabel beans to try making espresso at home.

Never has parking

This is my first visit to the second location of Lima. I prefer the Old Town location vibe but this is also excellent. The service is friendly and top notch. If you're looking for something other than Starbucks, this is a great experience. ☕

Best coffee shop in FoCo! Loved their cold brew- so nutty and classically delicious. Their breakfast burrito was SO GOOD! It came with fresh salsa and was so tasty! We also bought their coffee beans, and we are excited to make some coffee at home. Great spot to chill and work. Good vibes and nice staff!
