Gator sells his burritos at my work and I get one every day and they never miss! Country ham and green chile, chopped cheese, and blackened steak with creole beer cheese are my 3 favorite! Best burritos I’ve ever had! Simply delicious!

We have partnered with "Gator" and Little Latitudes for a number of catered events where we work. It's always fabulous. The latest offering I've tried is his Breakfast Burritos. Holy smokes they are good. I've never had a breakfast burrito with a Cajun twist before. Man am I glad Gator went there! Highly recommend Little Latitudes!

I was shocked to find out this was a one man show. Chris (people know him as Gator) is the legend behind the food. Honestly I kept seeing people purchase Gator's burritos and didn't jump on it at first but after he gave me a free sample I make sure to not let him leave without selling me one first. Gator is the man too... does this all on his own! Still blows my mind because being from Louisiana I haden't found anything else that compares to the food from home until now!
