Came by the drive-thru and only ordered two McChickens. after being told in broken english that it would be a 4 minute wait they offered me two Hot n spicy’s instead. I then agreed and she came in broken english again attempted to tell me one normal mcchicken and one spicy to which I said was fine, and thanked her. As I drive away I hear “pendejo” thinking i’m in idiot and wouldn’t hear her she was mistaken. broken english and working a drive-thru is beyond me. but to than name call a customer is even further beyond me. disgraceful.

Don't order and expect to receive food. Burger King is a short drive away. They especially love witholding their kids meals on delivery orders multiple times to the point that door dash make a comment to you on the phone that it happens often. They are literally devoid of customer traffic 99% of the time and yet can't make sure a kids meal makes it out a drive through window without asking.

McDonald's was once a place where road weary travelers could stop, use the rest room and get food that was fast and relatively inexpensive, those days are completely gone. The only way to order is through a digital touch kiosk now. Employees don't even acknowledge the guest. The bathrooms were locked at 2PM in the afternoon, so if you need to use one be prepared to track down an employee to let you in After playing the game and did finally get the manager to unlock the bathroom, by the time my wife got to the door it was relocked. Then to track down another employee to unlock the door, who then insulted my wife. This is not an overstatement, McDonald's only wants your money now and doesn't care about the guests anymore. The food quality is horrible, over priced, and not what McDonald's once was. Don't waste your time here.
