McDonald's was once a place where road weary travelers could stop, use the rest room and get food that was fast and relatively inexpensive, those days are completely gone.
The only way to order is through a digital touch kiosk now. Employees don't even acknowledge the guest.
The bathrooms were locked at 2PM in the afternoon, so if you need to use one be prepared to track down an employee to let you in After playing the game and did finally get the manager to unlock the bathroom, by the time my wife got to the door it was relocked. Then to track down another employee to unlock the door, who then insulted my wife.
This is not an overstatement, McDonald's only wants your money now and doesn't care about the guests anymore.
The food quality is horrible, over priced, and not what McDonald's once was.

I like my burgers a certain way. Extra this, none of that…. If I spoke Spanish, I could probably get it the way I want. I won’t be going back.

I ordered 2 chicken nuggets meals and the staff didn't give a damn and made the 2 cheese burger meals since it was easier for them and I'm not even sure if they understood the English language but I will not be coming back to this McDonald's at Drake and College Ave in Ft.Collins , Colorado ever again even tried calling the store to talk to the Manager and NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE fo figure i hope this crappy McDonald's is closed since they seem to care little about customer service or what it even is and I pray corporate will read the review and look hard into the management of this place and so a complete housekeeping and get rid of the bad apple's at this store and hopefully they will refund the money paid because it shouldn't have cost over 20 for 2 cheese burger meals that we didn't even order and it won't do any good to report it to McDonald's corporate because NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT it must be a management thing to ignore phone calls and emails I am boycotting any and all McDonald's I would rather have BURGER KING for WENDYS they know how to get things done and done quickly......BYE BYE MCDONALD'S FOREVER

Employee dropped my card in donation thing in drive thru. Then told me there is nothing they can do.
Manager told me to leave the drive thru.
I wish I would have gotten the guys name but I want to say he's a night shift manager. I came to this McDonald's at 1 am and this guy was so pleasant and so happy and had all the food made fresh. I really appreciate the kindness this employee showed. Little things for people who work night shift make a huge difference for us. So thank you for the service!!!

They don't fill fries fully. And don't make drinks right
4 years later.... They still suck can't even get the mayo right. When I ask for extra mayo I don't want a shit ton on only the top. When I order extra mayo I expect it to me on the top and bottom and have asked specifically for that and they still don't.
If they are trying to save money on mayo they are not focused on the right thing.

Instead of asking people what they ordered this mcdonalds puts whatever they want on peoples orders. I asked for 2 hot n spicies add big Mac sauce ended up getting two of them add pickle and bacon. No big mac sauce. Not even busy at 230 in the morning...

Evelyn at the drive through is always up beat and very nice to talk to. Her customer service is top notch and is the reason I choose this McDonalds to eat lunch at on a daily basis. I'd make that girl a manager.
