Tasty, healthy, and fresh food in a chill atmosphere. Real silverware, plates, and bowls. Very friendly and helpful staff when we were there - Alanakai and Chris. Cushioned, comfy chairs (I'm 65 so that matters more than it used to). Roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted veggies (almost entirely broccoli and carrots) were well seasoned and not too salty. Boneless blackened chicken thighs were moist and extremely flavorful whilst not being too salty. Good value, Good portions, Good vibes.

They could benefit from some breakfast choices since they're open daily very early. Also the kitchen music combated the serene eating area music. Not a good mash up!

Tea is CHEAP. When it is saved and reused, it tastes sour and tannic. It's disrespectful at this price point to have gross tea.

The last time we ate here, I had some of the tray liner material(that's what the staff said, something they use to cook the meat) in my food. The staff was very nice about it. Food usually good

This is the story of the best sandwich I've ever shoved into my mouth:

Basil. Chicken. Sandwich.

So fresh, tomatoes so cold and crispy it turned a professional tomato hater as myself into eating all my veggies (my mom would be so proud) That basil aioli just melts on the tongue. I can taste the difference, this place is 100% farm fresh! I must also gab that the prices are just AMAZING most hippy dippy quote on quote organic places in Fort Collins cost an arm, leg, and first born son for some fresh food, but here? $15 for a massive sandwich and a side salad. LOVE. Very allergy friendly too!

I was very disappointed to taste my lemongrass salad plate. Usually, all the flavors combined are amazing, however, at this location the rice was hard (undercooked), the salad was dry, meaning, the sauces were missing. What a bummer!

If you love value, this eatery will make you happy. First time here. Won’t be the last. You have to try it. My wife had the Salmon Caesar salad and I had the Fiesta Salad which was served with a very generous portion of sliced fresh chicken breast. My wife’s piece of salmon was about a three ounce portion - that’s large for a salad item. Our plates were chilled and so were the salad ingredients. My wife had to box half of her plate to take home. I struggled to get through mine. The space is huge, clean and bright. Service was fast and friendly. In a time when it’s hard to find value, Modern Market Eatery nails it with fresh, healthy, satisfying wallet friendly, family friendly food. Pics attached.

The food was horrible. My fiesta salad had an Avacado that was brown past the point of consumption served with it. The chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time because half of every piece was rubberized. My group got Cesar salads that had little to no dressing and the kale (why is there kale in a Cesar) was so tough and dry. Way to expensive for the food served. Three salads 65$

We all had large salad bowls. Mine was the Mediterranean. The service was excellent. The inside was spotless, and the food was quick to arrive. The 3 of us all ordered different meals. Everyone loved what they ordered. Lots of healthy choices. We shall return again.
