Tonight was our first time trying Maya Empanada and every single one we had was delicious! We had a few savory and one sweet, and they were all very flavorful and super tasty. We will definitely be ordering from them again!
One of my absolute favorite little shops for my absolute favorite empanadas. Despite being out of my normal commute between work and home, every few weeks I find an excuse to drive out of my way for some random errand just to justify stopping here and picking up a half-dozen to take home and bake. my empanadas got a whole remodel! the empanadas are all hot and ready to eat in their new displays + additional of seating inside the restaurant. one of my favorite spots in fort collins!
