The new menu is a disappointment. I wanted the old Turkey BLT but they dropped it from the menu . I got the new Bacon Avocado Melt which is basically avocado toast with bacon dressing. There are no strips of bacon only bacon bits. The sandwich has also shrunk to about 60% of the older counterpart.

I’ve ordered a couple times now within 2 weeks and they have gotten my order wrong each time. I order a simple cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted with butter. Both times they have thrown the bagel in the bag unsliced, untoasted and with no butter.

Panera's food prices are way too high. A half of a sandwich and a cup of soup are $13.95 to 17.00. There are many other businesses that, even though their prices have risen, give a lot more food for the money.

Stay away from their bagels and cookies. I didn't realize when I bought them how freakin HARD they were.. hard like a ROCk! I know bagels are of hard consistency, but this was ridiculous and impossible to eat. I had to throw these 2 things to the trash :(I like their sandwiches and soups.. but pastries and flour items to go.. I would say stay the hell away from those or u just will wast money!

The Chicken Noodle soup is really good, however their portion size is super small for what you pay. There seems to be mostly broth in the soup anymore and the baguette was really small.

If you want to pay $20 for a skimpy meal that is guaranteed to be wrong go here. Avocado in my salad was rock hard, not even close to being ripe. Forgot the side of chips. Sandwhiches always have barely any meat in them. I know the cooks are aware of these things too but they just send it out

Panera has always been a favorite of mine. This location stands out to me, though. My kiddo isn't easy all of the time. He needs to understand and ask questions until he does. The employee wording didn't flinch, hesitate, or shift in any negative way. He was confident, patient, and informative. He adjusted the way he explained things when he recognized my kiddo's struggle to understand. He also did not hesitate to get samples for my kid when giving options for substitutions. Thank you. I'm happy to live close so we can easily continue our business with you.
Sandwiches and salads are great. They are so lazy with breakfast for some reason. If you order a bagel they just throw a bag at you with a toasted bagel a plastic knife and a cold tube of cream cheese. It would be much easier for them to actually finish the bagel and much better service.

Overpriced and not freshUpdate 11/30/23Still overpriced and not fresh. We had a free kids meal coupon and apparently the kids meal doesn't include a drink. A kids chocolate milk is 2.99. With a you pick 2 and a fountain drink (the smallest size is almost $4) ? the total was still $26. The chicken tasted off in the salad, there was some rotten pieces of lettuce, and the apple I got was rotten inside. The portions are so small too, when half of a sandwich is $10 I’d rather go to a local deli where their food tastes better and they actually have fresh ingredients. This is the last time I’ll be going to Panera.
