There is an employee here with short dyed hair, always so kind and has an amazing attitude and manners 😇
The manager Russ at this store is incredible. We had a few drinks made wrong and there was apparent miscommunication given when we tried to get them fixed but when we came in for it he was so pleasant and supportive about the situation regardless. Such a kind soul and much appreciated.
Love the personalization! I haven’t seen this at another Starbucks, and I really appreciated the small touch especially when it is a mobile order.
