Postcard Pizza, located in Equinox brewing, serves up some of the best Detroit-style pizza in town. The pizzas are cooked in seasoned pans, with toppings to the cheese crust, and feature crispy pepperoni cups and a delicious sauce. The crust is crispy on the edges and airy on the inside, making it a standout in the pizza scene. This is craft pizza for sure. The chef/owner is clearly skilled, and the pizzas are a must-try. Many consider this the best in NoCo. The crust is perfectly crispy but still light and flaky in the middle. The sauce and the cheese of this pizza are a DAMN good pizza. The atmosphere is great, with a delicious tall, crispy crust.
