Great service. Very attentive even though are party wasn't ready to order for a very long time. I ordered the Filet medium rare which was cooked to perfection. I also ordered their broccolini and cherry tomatoes side dish which was very flavorful. I believe I ordered the NA Peach Smash for a beverage which was tasty but small. Meal is definitely pricey but worth it with the steak alone. Overall, I'll definitely be returning soon.
Rare Italian is hands down our favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. It’s the place we always choose to bring guests from out of town because we know the experience will be consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, and the service is just as reliable , you can never go wrong with either.

We were on the waitlist for the italian across the street, but they were slow. So we decided to walk in to this place. It was far better than the italian place across the street. This was authentic northern Italian with great flavors!! We will be coming back! Thank you!!
