Amazing location, the staff were so nice and make you feel welcomed and seem to be happy working there. The food was outstanding! The presentation of it and taste all around was 5 stars. I have not been to a red lobster since I was a kid and it felt just like it did 15 years ago for myself.

This particular Red lobster location nails it every time. Our server was Tom and I couldn't speak more highly of his professionalism. From the host stand to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the product of the kitchen, in my 20 years of restaurant experience, this is one of my favorite dates with my husband when we vacation in the Fort Collins area. I highly recommend the surf & turf. Thank you for a classy experience that's very well worth the money. ☀️

Went in for crab fest. Pretty sure it was a bait and switch! They said they couldn’t do any of the broils because they ran out of bags. Overall, all of their crab fest deals, we ended up paying double then the would have been crab fest price. Don’t advertise for crab fest and then charge people way more, when people went for crab fest!!!

Valentine's day, people were waiting 3 hours so we were glad we had reservations. Food was excellent, scallops were cooked perfectly. Was happy that the hush puppies are back after all these years, so that was a fun retro treat. Everyone was cheerful and friendly throughout. -1 on ambiance, both of the seat cushions in our booth were ripped through with the stuffing showing.

We arrived right at opening on a Sunday morning. First thing I noticed was the carpet was filthy at the entrance way, had no one vacuumed from the night before? None of the lights were on and the restaurant was chilly. Our server was prompt and helpful and took our order. We all ordered Ceasar salads and they were DROWNING in dressing and a soggy mess. Inedible. Next my grilled shrimp and fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp came. The sauce on the Alfredo was…. Weird? Clumpy and very thick. The shrimp were good but got lost in the awful sauce. I also order the lobster bisque. Just don’t order it, no lobster, terrible flavor and texture. My dining companions both got the clam chowder and it was thin with nothing really in it. Sorry Red Lobster, with so many local AWESOME restaurants you are gonna need to do better if you want to stick around.

12/13/24 I reserved a table on line for 10 people at 745pm arrived at 730pm. The occasion was special daughter just graduated from CSU. Upon arrival we were greeted by two young ladies that immediately said we don't know how you made a reservation but we're not going to be able to get you a table unless you split up of course we were not going to split up this is a very special time for our family. The Host grabbed Tiffany the manager who had a million and one excuses why they could not seat us then went on to say that they had reservations for over two weeks for the other tables and that we could wait for 45 minutes then said it'll actually be more than an hour. She did nothing to try and accommodate our party it was already late we were not going to be able to go anywhere else so we decided to wait. The parties of 10 showed up late when I asked her if we could be seated she said she gives them 15 minutes. When she greeted us she told us that she gives all parties 10 minutes after arriving and then suddenly that changed when they started arriving late. During that time my family went to the bar to get a drink to buy some time service was terrible she had a bad attitude veey rude made my daughter feel uncomfortable and it just seemed like everybody was miserable at red lobster. We called Longhorn explained our situation the manager got on the phone and said they would make a table for us for 10 they want our occasion to be remembered and to be special they don't do reservations but would hold that table based on our experience at Red Lobster. We left and will never return to Red Lobster in Fort Collins. The experience and treatment that we received at Red Lobster was the first time that we've ever felt like we were not welcome at any restaurant. The experience was disappointing and sad under the circumstances that we were celebrating. We're thankful too the Longhorn Restaurant that experience their was a 10 plus it's across the street highly recommend before trying to be seated if you have a large party. Tiffany was rude unprofessional and unwelcoming never again.

I have ate at this location 2 times in the past month the first time was outstanding the food was great service was great overall just a great experience the second time what's a complete nightmare and I'm unsure at this point if I will be returning

What a GREAT dinner and our server Grace was absolutely the best! What a wonderful experience we had. Such a comfortable, lovely place to eat. I had my favorite...2 lobsters...YUM!!! My S.O. had the surf and terrace! We both just enjoyed ourselves completely....great service, great food and comfortable atmosphere!

Parking: We had reservations for 5:30pm and it was super easy. Depends on how busy they are but there is quite a bit of parking available.
