It was Christmas Eve and busy, so that's understandable. The food was prompt and very well presented and tasty. My only complaint is their check totals all food, beverage and about 7.5% sales tax before calculating their suggested tips. I do not feel I owe the city and state a 20% tip on their "service"! This seems to be a method of increasing the house tips by 7.5%.

Dont bother with the fish n chips, you get two lousy overcooked pieces and some fries.. definitely not worth the wait or money and the waiter checked on us a whole whopping two times for drinks and a third time for the check... it wouldn't have been A problem but when you're sitting there with an empty glass and want something to drink it's a bit frustrating.

Husband ordered a side Caesar salad with his meal. Pearle made us one to share. So she went above and beyond on the first step…she must have read my mind. I was going to eat his salad if she made it bigger or not. She was attentive to our needs and overall an amazing waitress. The restaurant was on the colder side, which is the only negative I have about our experience tonight.

How the mighty have fallen. This used to be a family favorite.
I think the decline started several years ago when they switched from Coke to Pepsi. Since then the food quality has declined, and many of our favorite dishes were removed from the menu. Last time we were in the decor was lame and minimal. The service was also very poor.
The cheddar bay biscuits are still bomb, but it took way too long to get our biscuit refill.
I don’t imagine they will last much longer at this pace unless something changes.

Ella was absolutely incredible taking care of us. She was friendly, quick, and prompt with our food and drinks the entire dinner. She is a quality employee that really cares. Will be back just from her service alone!
