Cold flavorless food. Potato salad straight out of Costco mac & cheese that taste like nothing. forget about the staff being helpful I couldn’t even get into the restroom because a staff member was in there for about 15 minutes and I was knocking on the door serious disappointment

This is a hidden secret. Right on Timberline but so many drive by. It sits perpendicular to the street and with the large trees it's difficult to see the road. The food is always great and the staff friendly.
Stop by, It'll become a favorite.

Food is good but way too expensive for the portions they give you.

Service and atmosphere were outstanding. I want to try some other menu items before passing judgment on.the food. I will say the spicy ranch dressing is EXTREMELY spicy; not hot, spicy.

The food was NOT seriously Texas BBQ. It was so dry and basic. I will say the people are nice and the Dr. Pepper is criiispyy and delicious. Honestly, we won’t eat there again tho.

I went in around 7:00 p.m. on May 2. The food was excellent of course, but I'm really writing to review the staff. They were outstanding! They were all so kind, humorous, and provided excellent customer service not only to me, but many other folks! (Including working with a family to replace parts of their meal when the hot wings were spicier than they expected- I was really impressed watching the staff interact with this family.) The employees not only seemed to work really well together, but actually seemed to really enjoy working together too! 10/10 Staff

I have to say the meat was tender and juicy. I did feel a lack of flavor and only 2 BBQ sauces were offered. I would taste this on the lower end for good BBQ.

I came in tonight and the staff is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Answering all my questions and used proper food guidelines. We will definitely return. 5 stars to the amazing staff. Great management makes for a great staff!

Not Celiac safe or safe in general. Today 3-21-26 at 5:30 pm I visited this location on Timberline to order dinner for myself and family. I watch the young woman behind the counter handle bread, then stick her actual hand in the pork to fill a portion. It gets worse. She pulled out a tortilla to make a taco and then handled the potatoes. Not once changing her gloves. In fact no one there changed their gloves at any point while I was ordering and waiting for food. That's a problem because Serious Texas claims certain menu items are gluten free. That's not cool. When people with Celiac eat gluten it doesn't just make them sick. It actually damages the lining of their intestines. Over time, prolonged gluten exposure can cause other auto immune disorders or even cancer. So I will be reporting to the health department, the FDA, Gluten Free watchdog, and anyone else I can think of. This young woman might not even know what gluten is. The young men also working at the time couldn't tell me what items were supposed to be gluten free. All this is really the fault of management at this location. Shame on you.

Not sure if it’s recent or it’s been a little while but the way that the “fresh” tortillas are made now are terrible! They used to be SO good, fresh, and soft! Now the are tiny, hard, tasteless, and coated in flour so thick! We each tried to eat one and they were so bad we threw the whole pack away!
Please go back to the old way where it was fresh dough balls and made SO good!
Meat was good, cheese potatoes were ok (needed more cooking time)

Came during evening shift. Excellent food and service. If you want smoky BBQ fast, this is as good as it gets. Staff has friendly hometown feel. Great job.
