The bbq meat was so dry, if not for the sauce it would have been un edible. Most bbq places give you nice buttered, grilled toast, we were given a plain piece of bread. The sides were also not very good. The potatoes were so dry we tossed them, the beans were ok but also a bit dry. Without their signature sauce (which was actually very good) we would have tossed the whole meal. Although bbq restaurants aren't rated by their dessert, I would definitely steer clear of their pie. I took one bite, wished I wouldn't have & threw the rest away. We will not be returning.

I really enjoyed the 1/2 rack of ribs with the 2 sauces on the table. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and a really large portion for a 1/2 rack. Very reasonable price for the amount of food! Very clean including the restroom! Great music playing for lunch! Will definitely be back for the ribs again!
Parking: I drive a 26' box truck and was able to park close and no problem turning around when leaving.

We stopped there going through Ft.Collins, thought it would be a nice change off the normal places. I had the pulled pork sandwich, it was pretty dry, and added extra sauce to it for flavor. My husband had the 2 meat meal, (Brisket and ribs). The Brisket was not totally fished setting up, he usually gets the fattier slices, as if the meat is allowed to rest right, all the flavor soaks through, we'll it didn't, it was very unflavored and a bit greasy as the fat wasn't how it needed to be. The ribs were overly dry, the meat was more like a jerky texture.
He added pepper sauce which he liked that sauce. He NEVER adds to meat. We also tried some wings, they were pretty good. Good sizes and nice flavor. The cheesy potatoes were dry, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. Seemed like they were reheated. Mac and Cheese, was just that. I notice most places use the same one, just Dr them up different.
We do alot of grilling and smoking meats, just like to try others.
Thank you

I’ll start by saying the staff was very friendly. However it did so expensive and truly bad. It was around 17$ pre tip for 3 slices of brisket and two sides. The brisket was so dry and was crumbly instead of the juicy texture you’d like, the sides were meh, felt pre packaged. I normally would it right a review, but 17$ for bad food left a literal bad taste in my mouth

Decent ribs, and the hot glaze is off the hook good. However, they should do garlic and/or cornbread instead of a piece of plain white bread.

Serious TX never disappoints! It’s always fabulous and delicious no matter what I order. They are generous with their meats and their loaded potatoes are amazing! Today’s order was $20 for 4 Taco Pigs and a small cobbler! And 1 pig is so filling that I will save and have 3 more meals. Bring back $1 Buck a Rib nite pretty pretty please. See ya soon!

We love Serious BBQ. Get take-out all the time. They have awesome food. But tonight we ordered a dozen wings and some potato salad and we threw it out. There was absolutely NO SEASONING at all on the wings. They were apparently just dumped in the fryer and then into a box. They were overcooked and the skin was so hard they were super crunchy. Awful. The potato salad might have been ok, but I had to pick out pieces of black potato, so I lost my appetite after seeing that. What's going on over there tonite????

Wanted to like this place. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. But the food was terrible. Everything i had (brisket, sausage, wings) was very dry. The wings were extremely dry. The cheesy potato and mac and cheese was bland and not good either. Sweet tea was good. But this is not good BBQ. Especially for $25+

Fabulous flavor, super friendly service, & they aren't stingy with their portions. Turkey was a tad bit dry but tasted amazing in the salad. Good stuff!!!!

DONT ORDER ONLINE. The foods good, just don’t order online. $12 dollars in store for a brisket sandwich. 14.69 online. (Preferred option from restaurant). Well sir you pay for the convenience, still had to wait 10 mins past the posted pick up time. Looks like it’s best to show up wait and pay with in store discount, as opposed to making it nice and convenient to up charge your customers ordering online.
The ribs are amazing and the barbecue sauce is the best!

Always fast, friendly service, and great food! Best barbecue tacos I've found since leaving the lone star state itself. I'm able to feed two big appetites for under $40 without issue which is a rarity these days. Thank you, Serious Texas Barbecue!
