Made the mistake of coming to this location instead of the other one in town. Worst drinks ever. The water they’re using makes everything taste like dirt. Awful.

Found a large hair embedded in the lettuce in my burger today as I was eating it. I lodged a complaint and I haven't heard back from the management yet. Pretty gross, will not be coming back.

The hamburger patties are always overcooked, and also very often, they are old. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers today and all the patties were dry, crusty, were luke warm, and tasted old. This is my general experience with this sonic for the last nine years. I cooked for over a year at a sonic. This isn't a good sonic.

The french fry was not good at all. We also got the chili tots was not good. Jalapeno poppers taste smelt like burnt oil. I think the oil need to be changed for all the food.

We had to stop going to this location because they never once got our order correct. It wasn't anything wild, just "no onions" or "add mayo". Sometimes it felt like they were purposely making the food wrong because they'd add EXTRA of whatever you did not want on your food. We kept trying to give them a chance but gave up after 6 or 7 visits over the course of 3 years but they were still a disappointment (I'm optimistic and try to give places a chance, just in case they've changed).

I've had sonic in 5 different states and it is horrible every time I eat it. I only made the mistake of going today because I wanted a corn dog, (fall season made me want it) but Sonic couldn't even get that right. Off brand corn dogs from Walmart taste better. When the guy handed me my food, he didn't even look at me, he turned away as he was handing it to me, dropped both receipts to the ground and didn't notice or even acknowledge me. It gave me second hand embarrassment. Sonic is a joke and so is that do sh bag that handed me my corn dog today. It amazes me that sonic is still in business at all. For a long time I only came during happy hour for a drink or milkshake but those prices aren't worth the horrible service or smell of this place. I will never ever go to another sonic for as long as I live.
