The manager Russ at this store is incredible. We had a few drinks made wrong and there was apparent miscommunication given when we tried to get them fixed but when we came in for it he was so pleasant and supportive about the situation regardless. Such a kind soul and much appreciated.

Customer service with the cashier/barista was terrible. I was ordering my drink and before I could even say hot or iced, I was rudely told I need to tell him hot or iced. Then, when I asked for Breve instead of 2% milk, I was told aggressively that I needed to say that in the beginning of the order. When he recapped by order, and left out of iced portion, I stated yes, iced please. And he began to belligerently tell me I needed to say that, when I already did! Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. I left without the drink and told him how I did not appreciate his customer service. I would not recommend this location.

How does one review a coffee shop? It's like any sort of thing you might ingest. There is such various ways to describe what one tastes and experiences from taste. Some people like a bean that's not roasted much at all, which I find awful! Anyway, check it out if you want. Yes, it's a corporate entity but it also employs local people!
Menu is just a Starbucks but the people working here stand out for friendliness, great service, and recognizing regulars.
